Why childrens books?
From my earliest memories I have always been a story teller. Not specifically in written form although I certainly did cobble down some silly stories of knights and dragons as a small boy, but more specifically I have always told stories, both to my siblings, nephews and neices, and now to my own children. I truly enjoy telling stories. Whether I have imagined them originally or not there is a great deal of joy in capturing the attention of listeners with a good story. I have plans to make some short form stories about viking lore along side christian ethics and morals. I have several different adventures brewing in my mind and I hope to have the ability and the time to pen them down. I also am hopeful for your support as I continue my writting journey.

Jeremiah Berggren (on the left) was born into a large family and was taught from an early age that hard work and dedication can overcome most obstacles. Faith, family, and truth were central values throughout his upbringing and continue to be cornerstones of his own family today.
He was the second youngest of seven siblings, all of whom were homeschooled by their devoted and faithful mother. Alongside her was a father who constantly encouraged his children to seek truth in every aspect of life. The lessons and values instilled by his parents helped shape the man, husband, father, and writer he would become.
Writing was a passion for Jeremiah from an early age. Like many young boys, he spent his time creating stories filled with dragons, knights, and adventure. Though those childhood tales were simple, they sparked a lifelong love of storytelling that never faded.
Today, as a father of six and a lifelong admirer of classic children’s stories, writing children’s books felt like a natural fit. Through his stories, Jeremiah hopes to capture some of the same wonder, imagination, and timeless values that inspired him as a child.
